Well priced hotel located in a very very nice area next to auckland for medical appointments and the roundabout and Devonport. Really helpful and helpful staff onsite. Great service, parking on-site. The pool area was heated too. Good and easy location - around 4-6 minutes walk from Aut North.

On the days we were there it was quiet, which is apparently not always the case
The bed wasn't very comfortable and bedding a bit tired looking. Some milk on arrival to go with the tea and coffee would have been appreciated. Having stayed in over 20 Motels in NZ over the last 8 years this is the first time we weren't provided with some milk on arrival. A bit mean we thought.

In the website they state facilities such as a spa and pool, however, they do not state this comes with a fee. Our room stated that it came with a shared bathroom but I was not expecting to have to pay for the shower facilities. The bed was pretty poor and sunk in th
Thy charge for everything. I could not believe tht even though I paid for a room they charged us to use the shower facilities. They advertised facilities such as a spa but it comes at a price and it is not cheap. Wifi and Internet facilities are extremely expensive. I would not recommend this place...

Convenient. Easy traveling distance to the seminar I was attending. Basic, clean accommodation at a good price. Friendly, efficient staff. Convenient driving / walking distance to a range of restaurants, pubs and fast food outlets.
The motel rooms were situated at the furthest part of the campsite. It was not easy to park a big car in the parking bays provided.

The room was budget, comfortable enough, and fulfilled the purposes of our stay. Was setup for camping first and foremost, but the facilities that we had available were sufficient for a week's stay.
It was unfortunate that it was not more accessable to the city by foot, and an extra $9/day for buses ($18 for both of us) was a bit dissapointing. Having said that, if we had a vehicle it would have been very comfortable.

Having stayed there before, being close to family members who live on the North Shore and reasonably priced was the main reasons why I chose this location.
Not being able to be refunded for shower tokens not used.

Good location especially if you are just staying for the weekends. Also, the parking in front of the unit is just remarkably convenient.

Meeting new people from different cultures
I dont want this to be a complaint,But due to our arrival and bad weather we got in at 1.00am,I was not impressed that I had to stand there till 3am filling out forms and paying for my room,I feel you should make it quite clear when we book that payment is due on arrival,I would look at payment before I got there, My girl had to be in the pool at 9am so by the time we got to the room with only a piece of paper to show us she finally went to bed at 4am and up and competing at 9.00am,And as I feel that some one should have shown us to our room,we travel alot for swimming and have stay in alot of places and this happening to us on arrival wasnt very good,Apart from that we had an lovely stay. The staff in the afternoon were more helpful and the young lady on the desk am. And you really need a brochure on buse times etc.
